    If I see one more "unknown singer" on a comp I swear I'll go as mental as anything.
    Seems to be badly reproduced in parts-one of the Patty Duke songs sounds as if Les Paul is doodling in the background while the Paris Sisters'BE MY BOY is unlistenable.
    Somehow the Belgians who do these comps have a long way to go but if they have access to all the U S and U K singles of the 60s then where is Kelly Sims and Carolyne Shelyne?

    It actually comes down to Europeand to educate America into its vast legacy of high school.
    Same as we did when we sent the Beatles and Stones over.America rediscovered its own music of the 50s.
    Bear Family were I think the first to seriously explore high school pop as a valid form of American music
